After creating a page do the following steps.
- Upload Logo size – 180 pixel X 180 pixel
- Upload a cover photo – 828 pixel X 315 pixel
Note : We can also add video in the cover photo of the page.
- Add description and other details of the business
Go to About > edit page info
- Add a button feature.
We can encourage our Facebook user to take a specific action from the page.
- Custom URL
It is recommended to create custom URL as per business name.
Go to about > create page @ username ( Minimum 20 to 30 likes required )

- Minimum post frequency is 1 and maximum is 3.

Designing a post
- Image dimension – 940 pixel X 788 pixels
- Video dimension – 16:9 Ratio (Landscape)
- Templates for the post – use attractive images in post use symbol as a watermark in image.
Tips for Posting
- Use less than 200 character.
- If it is promotional or business post use relevant text in the post add a link at the end of the text.
- Add emotion with the post.
- Unnecessary hashtags should not be used.
- Live post has more reach than scheduled posts.
- Use short URL’s or links ( biy.ly, goo.gl )
- With this tool we can analyze complete details about our users post and various activities on the page.
- Go to Insight > Peoples report
- Go to Insight > Post report
- Take the best timings from the graph and post at different times to see the results.
- We can analyse which type of the post will give us better results.
- Groups are used to connect like-minded people related to any subject.
- Group has levels.
- Closed only with permission
- Secret not visible in FB Search.
- Group cover photo size 850 pixel x 200 pixel
- If we join all the relevant groups we can share our regular post in the group which will help in very high reach and branding.
- Post your page link into the related groups.
